BUYER CHECKLIST
What to include in a window and door inquiry
The six pieces of information that turn a slow email exchange into a first quotation.

Start with the opening schedule
A window schedule, elevation or even a marked-up floor plan tells us how many openings there are and what each one does. It is the single most useful attachment you can send.
Sizes and quantities per opening type
Group by opening: casement, sliding, fixed, door. Repeat sizes are normal and help us price faster than a long list of unique dimensions.
Destination and market requirements
The country the goods ship to decides which glass build-up, hardware and documentation make sense. Tell us the port as well if you know it.
Glass and finish preference
Clear, tinted, Low-E, laminated or insulated; powder-coated color or wood-look. If you are not sure, describe the climate and the look you want and we will propose options.
Hardware level and access needs
Handles, locks, restrictors, child-safety fittings, low thresholds. These are easier to include now than to add on site.
Target timing
When the goods need to arrive. The standard production cycle is about 15 days after deposit and final specification, plus shipping.
A complete brief usually gets a quotation on the first exchange instead of the third.
