01Can you work from architectural drawings?+
Yes. Window and door schedules, elevations, opening sizes and reference images help the team identify the right questions and prepare a more accurate configuration.
02Do you accept customized sizes and finishes?+
Customization can be reviewed for size, opening style, profile, glass, finish and hardware. Feasibility depends on the selected system and order requirements.
03Can smaller B2B or test orders be discussed?+
Yes. Sample and smaller orders are welcome and can be quoted separately. The standard minimum quantity for production orders is 200 m².
04How are products prepared for export?+
Packing is coordinated around product type, protection needs and shipment method. Reinforced protection and crate options can be discussed during quotation.
05Can you provide certification documents?+
Available documents must be matched to the exact product configuration and destination-market requirement. Share the required standard before product selection.
06What information helps you quote faster?+
Product type, opening size, quantity, destination, drawings, glass preference, color, hardware needs and target timeline are the most useful starting points.
07How long does production take?+
The standard production cycle is about 15 days after the deposit and the final confirmed specification. Complex configurations or peak-season schedules can extend this, and the confirmed timeline is stated in the quotation.
08What are the standard payment terms?+
Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance settled before shipment. Trade terms and the loading port are confirmed in the written quotation for each order.
09Can you match a specific color or finish?+
Powder-coated colors, wood-look finishes and project color matching can be reviewed against your samples or RAL references during configuration.
10Which glass options can be combined?+
Clear, tinted, Low-E, laminated and insulated glass configurations can be matched to the selected frame system. The right choice depends on climate, performance goals and budget.
11Do you supply fly screens and accessories?+
Yes. Fly screens, trims, flashing coordination and compatible accessories can be assembled into the same coordinated opening package.
12Which export documents do you provide?+
Standard export documentation such as the commercial invoice and packing list is coordinated with the shipment plan. Any special certificate or legalization requirement should be confirmed before ordering.
13How are measurements confirmed?+
Final sizes are taken from the confirmed drawings or the agreed opening schedule. Manufacturing tolerances and site conditions are reviewed together before production begins.
14Can you help with installation questions?+
Handling notes, fixing details and general installation guidance can be shared with your on-site team as part of the order discussion.
